In this installment of The Star Wars Show, we talk to Lucasfilm's Doug Chiang about designing Darth Vader's castle in Rogue One, speak with Kansas City Chiefs WR Chris Conley about his love of Star Wars, and more!
Get a sneak peek at what's to come in the second season of LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures!
At the end of the first season, the Freemaker family found a new home with the rebel fleet. Their new circumstances bring them face to face with brutal Imperial forces, desperate Hutts, conniving Sith Lords, and the Emperor’s latest plaything, M-OC, a terrifying hunter droid who continually modifies himself to fit any occasion. In response to these threats, Rowan’s powers grow and strengthen until he has a vision of a sleek, invulnerable ship that can save the Rebellion and stop the Empire in its tracks - the Arrowhead. The catch is, the Arrowhead is a ship only Rowan can build. Once again, it’s up to the youngest Freemaker to save the galaxy.
LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures' new season will premiere this summer on Disney XD!
My local Texas Target Store has received The Black Series 6" 40th Anniversary Legacy Packs (DPCI# 087-06-7986) & Single Carded Figures (DPCI# 087-06-7985) on their truck today. They had to pull them from the stockroom because per the employee there is no set date for them on the floor as of yet.
The sell date on the Legacy Packs is 4/1/17 and on the single figures 3/1/17. I picked up 2 Legacy Packs ($39.99 each) and 1 set of single figures ($19.99 each). Above is a picture of the cases they are shipping in, which I snagged for storage.
Target.com now has their Exclusive Black Series 6" Imperial AT-ACT Driver in stock and ready to ship at $19.99 each.
Just a note, Target mislabeled this figure on their website, they are calling him a "AT-AT Driver", but if you check the Item description it has the correct DPCI# 087-06-1115 which is for the Imperial AT-ACT Driver. Get them while you can!
These figures are pretty much slight repaints of existing figures packaged with different accessories. Also the boxes have a new look to them as well.. Price is $26.95 each. I also believe these should be available at your local Disney Stores as we speak, but you may want to call your local stores to confirm.
My local Texas Targets wheeled out a new display this morning in the Electronics Department that contained The Black Series 6" Chirrut and Baze figures along with all the Black Series 6" Rogue One Wave 1 figures (Newer variants we reported about a month ago). This 3-sided display also contained Role Play items, 3.75" Basic figures, and the Jedha Revolt 4-pack.
Just a FYI, if you don't want to order the GameStop Exclusive Black Series 6" 40th Anniversary R5-D4 online and pay shipping, you can go down to your local GameStop Store and place a preorder to pick it up in store on 4/15/17. All that is required is a $5 deposit.
Target has finally begun to clearance out The Black Series 6" figures that fell under their DPCI# 087-06-8009 which is mainly Rogue One Wave 1 figures. These figures have been clogging the pegs for months now, so hopefully stores will clear out their stockrooms and remove these figures from the pegs and make room for the newer releases.
Newer waves of Figures (like Darth Revan) that use DPCI 087-06-3953 are still the normal price of $19.99.
Was just surfing BestBuy.com and found a listing for the Star Wars 40th Anniversary 6" Black Series Darth Vader Legacy Pack. They are not in stock online, but you can check your local stores for stock by typing in your zip code. Price is $39.99.
Have a feeling they will receive the single carded 40th Anniversary 6" Black Series figures in stores as well, since they just started to carry The Black Series 6" figures as we reported earlier in the week. Happy Hunting!
You can now preorder the GameStop Exclusive The Black Series 6" 40th Anniversary R5-D4 at GameStop.com. It has a ship date of 4/15/17. These are also suppose to hit retail stores that day as well. Price is $22.99 each plus shipping.

Here is our review of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Combo Pack (Blu-ray / DVD / HD Digital Copy). As our previous reviews, we will stick to the quality and content of this Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Combo Pack and not review the storyline of this movie. We will keep it short and sweet.
I have watched this Blu-ray Disc and Bonus Content in a controlled Home Theater Room viewing them on a 150” Screen via a Sony 1080P Projector using a Sony BDP-S6700 Blu-ray Player. My Audio Source will be a Pioneer Elite Receiver configured with a 9.2 speaker setup.
Also a side note, I did watch this movie on my Sony 85” 4K TV paired with a Panasonic DMP-UB900 Ultra HD Player which upscaled this movie to 4K and it looked gorgeous, but since this movie is not a true Ultra HD 4k Disc this review will be strictly about the true resolution of this Disc which is 1080P. I just wanted to point out that this movie looked amazing even upscaled to 4K.
Hasbro's PR Firm has sent us a Press Kit in preparation for the Home Release of Rogue One, which is now available via digital download or you can purchase the Blu-ray and DVDs on 4/4/17. This kit contained the Jedha Revolt 4-pack, a digital code for Rogue One, and some literature.
Looks like Best Buy has decided to start selling Hasbro Star Wars toys. Today at my local store, they had left overs of The Black Series 6" Darth Revan Wave and about 4 of the Jedha Revolt sets on the pegs.
There was a lady stocking the shelves when I was there at noon to pick up some movies, so I asked if they had anymore Black Series in the stock room and she said they just received the one case this morning, but they have more on order.
Stopped by my local Texas Target store this morning and found their Exclusive Black Series 6" Imperial AT-ACT Driver hanging on the pegs. These are 8 per case with a price of $19.99 each. If your on the hunt for these the DPCI# is 087-06-1115, which you can use to call your local store to check stock or use a inventory search page like Brickseek.com (not alway accurate).
In this installment of Rebels Recon, we take a look at the Star Wars Rebels two-part Season Three finale "Zero Hour," in which Thrawn looks to finally crush the Rebellion. Host Andi Gutierrez sits down to discuss the episode with the show's creators and stars, including Dave Filoni, Pablo Hidalgo, Henry Gilroy, Kilian Plunkett, Carrie Beck, and more, and discuss their favorite moments from the season.
Some of our readers have been asking me when the Exclusive GameStop (and ThinkGeek) Black Series 6" 40th Anniversary R5-D4 figure (SKU 143431) will start hitting retail stores, so I reached out to the Store Managers I know here in Texas and California and they stated it should be in stores on April 15th with a retail price of $22.99 each.
Please remember this is the most current information they have in their system and it may be subject to change.
