Most people wont care about this packaging variation, but since I have it I will post it. The early carded Gamorrean Guard #30 figures had the Figure Base packaged on the right side of the figure. Hasbro then decided to move it to underneath the figure. You can check out more info and photos on the figure's page.
Continuing to Revisit The Original Trilogy Collection, uploaded are all new photos of the Gamorrean Guard #30 figure. He includes a Vibro-Axe and Base. This figure actually looks pretty good for a older figure and has the basic 5 points of articulation.
The Orginal Trilogy Collection's Darth Vader #29 head variations have been added to the figure's page. He was first released with a normal sized head and then for some reason Hasbro briefly manufactured him with a oversized head, and then changed him back to the normal sized head. I have only seen the oversized head on cards with date stamps of 42251.
Revisited today is The Original Trilogy Collection's Darth Vader #29 figure. He includes a Lightsaber and Base. There is a variation on this figure and I will get those pictures up soon as well.
I thought I would post this for those that like to view variations and errors. Back in 2004 I purchased 4 Original Trilogy Collection IG-88 #27 figures. Two of them have dull gray painted canisters and covers on his torso, while the other 2 have bright silver painted canisters and covers on his torso. For more info and photos check out the figure's page.
Added to our Original Trilogy Collection Photo Gallery today is the Bossk #28 figure. He includes a Blaster and Figure Base.
Another revisit today. I have just added all new photos of The Original Trilogy Collection's IG-88 #27 figure. Included with this figure is a Blaster Rifle and a Base.
Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving weekend! Getting back to The Original Trilogy Collection Revisits, I have uploaded all new photos of the Luke Skywalker #26 figure. He includes a Lightsaber, Blaster, Tourniquet, Removable Right Hand, and a Figure Base. Enjoy the photos!
Starwarscollector.com would like to wish our readers and their families a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving.
The next figure to be revisited in The Original Trilogy Collection toy line, is the Snowtrooper #25 figure. I am not a fan of this figure because of his limited articulation and his pre-posed stance. Also the E-Web Repeating Blaster and figure seems to be out of proportion. Enjoy the photos.
Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Episodes I-VI) Blu-ray Box Set is on sale this week at Best Buy for $69.99. Not a bad deal. Also some fellow collector sites are reporting that Amazon.com has this sets at $69.99 as well. Not a bad deal!
Just visited my local Toys R Us and they have a stock pile of the "Special Value Offer" vehicle 2-packs. They had a total of 18 sets at the end of the Star Wars isle and the Mandalorian Assault Transport was not in short supply as they had about 9 of them. I took a quick photos with my camera, so you guys could check it out. Happy Hunting!
Revisited today is The Original Collections Jawas #24 figures. All new photos have been uploaded. I really wish Hasbro would do a Vintage style Jawa. This figure is really due for a make over.
The Star Wars 104th Battalion "Wolf Pack" Clone Troopers Ultimate Gift Set is available from Target.com with a cost of $29.99 plus shipping. This was once scheduled to be a Walmart exclusive, but for some reason they cancelled this set and then it became a online retailer exclusive.
Today we have revisited the 2004 Original Trilogy Collection's Tusken Raider #23 figure. He includes a Sniper Rifle and a Base. Enjoy the new photos.
