Was looking through the figures at my local Toys R Us today, and noticed something has changed on The Vintage Collection's Barris Offee (Jedi Padawan) VC51 figure. Hasbro has changed the paint application on her torso from a bluish color to a brownish color. The new brownish color now matches her cloth skirt. Also her face now has a glossy finish and kind of looks a bit different, but I will confirm this when I open one up. The date stamp on the new brownish torso is 20861. My local Toys R Us just received
Our 2012 Movie Heroes Photo Gallery has been updated today with the Battle Droid MH22 figure. He features the Blast-apart Action just like the 2013 Battle Droid MH04 figure and is the exact same figure but tan in color. The sample I have has a defect though as his left forearm has a break in it. Not sure if thats was from casting or when someone assembled him. You can see what I am talking about
Added to our 2012 Movie Heroes Gallery today is the Boba Fett MH24 figure with Climbing Backpack. He is the very last figure in the 2012 Movie Heroes line up. This figure is a International exclusive and is pretty tuff to find overseas as it seen a limited release. Enjoy the photos.
Today I have uploaded all new photos of the 2012 Movie Heroes Anakin Skywalker MH19 figure. This is the same figure as the 2013 Anakin Skywalker MH02 figure. Both of these figures were cancelled in the USA and were released Internationally. The 2012 version had a limited release and is a lot harder to find.
Now that I have had time to assemble and photograph my Disney's Droid Factory Astromechs I have come to some conclusions. Most collectors will more then likely want to match all 25 Astromech Droid Domes to the correct colored and styled body and legs. This is actually possible using every single part available at the Droid Factory except for one. This was the R2 - Series white body with black accents. If you want to be Astromech Droid accurate, there is no matching Dome available at this current time. But if your a completist like me, you will just buy it anyways and make a Droid up. I just used the R2 - Series white body with black accents with a Black R7 Dome. You can
Reports from fellow collector sites have posted that the ROTJ AT-AT has started to hit the West Coast. A few things missing from these reports are the SKU and UPC numbers. So I did some digging today and made a few phone calls and got that info. SKU: 790697 and UPC 6 53569 76633 9. I checked my local stores here in Texas and no luck yet, but I am sure they will show up soon.
Instead of answering about 100 emails, I am going to just post the info here. Yesterday Jeditemplearchives posted a story about a card back variation on the Vintage Collection's Obi-Wan Kenobi VC31 figure. There has been rumors of this variation being fake, but thats not the case. This variation has been posted in our HD Photo Gallery since 2011. Back then I just listed the changed as a UPC and logos change. But
I just uploaded the last of the Disney's Droid Factory Astromech Droids Card Front photos. Here we have the R5 - Series Astromech Droids that was released in Black, Green, and Orange. Last but not least is the R9 - Series Astromech Droids, which came in Blue, Green, and Red. All 25 Droids have now been uploaded.
Added to the Disney's Droid Factory Photo Gallery are Card Front photos of the R2 - Series Astromech Droids. These are probably the best known Astromech Droids due to the fact that R2-D2 is one. There is 5 colors available which are Blue, Green, Orange, Red, and Yellow.
Knocking out some more Disney's Droid Factory Astromechs photographs, I have uploaded Card Front Photos of the R7 Droids. These came in 3 colors which are Black, Blue, and Yellow.
Today I have added some card front photos of the Droid Factory's R4 Series Astromech Droids. There was a total of 3 different colored R4 Droids, which were Blue, Green, and Purple. Enjoy the Photos.
Continuing with the Disney Droid Factory figures, I have uploaded Card Front photos of the R3 Series Droids. This Droid came in 2 different colors which are purple and orange. When I was at Disney World last year, these were the hardest to find. I am sure by now they have caught up with the demand and should be pretty easy to find.
Uploaded are Card Front photos of all the current Disney Droid Factory R8 Astromech Droids. There are 3 different colored R8 Droids which are Black, Blue, and Yellow.
Since I had my Photography area set up for card front photos and the fact that people keep sending in emails asking about the Disney Droid Factory figures, I have started to add Card Front photos of these to our HD Photo Gallery. First up is the R6 Astromech Droids. As of right now there are 3 different colored droids, which are Black, Purple, and Yellow.
Added to our 2012 Clone Wars HD Photo Gallery is a card front photo of the Republic Commando Boss CW11 Back Pack variation. As you can see Hasbro decided to update his Back Pack by applying some orange paint. So far this variation has only showed up overseas. You can view the pictures on the figure's page.
