Stopped by my local Texas Target store this evening and found their Excluisve The Black Series 6-Inch Carbonized Collection Scout Trooper on the pegs. Originally these had a release date of February 27th, so I took one to the register to see if they are street dated and locked, but they were not.
As for those that preordered this from Target.com, shipping notices have started to go out today, so keep any eye out for your delivery to arrive soon.
