If you could get them added to your cart since then via a Browser or the Walmart APP, you were able to place preorders.
More than likely you may get “Please try again in a moment We’re sorry – this item is in demand and we can’t add it to your cart right now. Please give it another try soon.” when trying to add the preorder to your cart. Just be patient and keep trying to add them. As the day has gone by its getting easier to add to your cart. I was able to place preorders pretty easy at 10:30am CT, for 2 of each figure.
