As we posted back in February 14th 2022, those that received damaged HasLab The Vintage Collection 3.75-Inch Razor Crest vehicles could call into Hasbro Consumer Care at 1-800-255-5516 and open a case to request replacement parts.
Hasbro also took it a step further and if your product Box was smashed up, you could submit photos and they would determine if you qualified for a new empty Product box as well.
Well Its been about 9 months and Hasbro has started to ship out the empty The Vintage Collection 3.75-Inch Razor Crest Replacement Boxes.
I just received mine today. The Replacement Box arrives flat and unfolded, wrapped in foam and packed in a very sturdy cardboard shipping box. They also slapped on “Do Not Stack” and “Fragile Handle With Care” stickers all over it.
