Some of our readers have been asking us whats the status on The Black Series 6-Inch 40th Anniversary Return Of The Jedi Deluxe Rebel Commando figure and The Black Series Scout Trooper Electric Helmet that was revealed back on 2/1/23?
If you recall this is when Hasbro was in their “Reduce Yearly Preorders” phase, so there were no preorders available and the only details we had from the Press Release was these products should be available Summer 2023.
So we reached out to one of our Hasbro contacts and asked if there will ever be a preorder and could they narrow down the date that these products should arrive at retailers, so we know when to start looking for them.
We were told preorders were unlikely and you can expect these 2 products to be available at Retailers around 7/15/23. So looks like we have a few more Months to go. Hopefully they show up earlier and don’t get delayed. Both of these products are Main Line releases.
Hasbro:
In terms of those black series items I’ve been told you can expect them to become available 7/15. No mention of a pre-order.
