Added to our Photo Gallery tonight is The Black Series 6-Inch 40th Anniversary The Emperor figure. He comes from the Return Of The Jedi Movie.
This figure is a repack of The Black Series 6-Inch Archives Emperor Palpatine from 2022. Besides the packaging I could not see any differences between the 2 figures at all. Hasbro has stated they were happy with the 2022 figure and felt there was no need for any changes to the figure when they repacked it for 2023.
I have to agree as the figure does look great. The Emperor has plenty of articulation and stands and poses very nicely. He includes a Removable Robe and Cane.
This figure is a Main line release.
