Entertainment Earth is now taking preorders for the new The Vintage Collection 3.75-Inch Darth Vader (Death Star II), Han Solo, Clone Captain Howzer, and Weequay figures. These figures were announced back in February 2023, but preorders never took place because Hasbro was trying to cut back on preorders.
Currently Clone Captain Howzer is only in the case assortment listed below, I assume EE will list a single figure preorder for him soon as well.
