Walmart Continues to Disappoint Collectors With Shipping & Handling Practices

Received my Walmart Exclusive The Black Series 6-Inch Clone Commander Jesse preorder yesterday from Walmart and it was shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box, even though customer service put a note on my account to only ship in boxes back in January. I preordered 3 of these figures in hopes Walmart would be forced to ship them in a box, but nope. And as you can see in the photo all 3 figures are crushed.

I know I am not the only one with issues with Walmarts Shipping & Handling Practices, as my emails and DMs are full of people receiving damaged Collectibles from them. And this is not like a one time occurrence, as it’s been going on for years. I mean sometimes people do get their orders in a box, but seems very seldom.

As I mentioned before we spoke with Hasbro about Walmarts poor Shipping & Handling Practices and they said Walmart was working on fixing the issues some time later in 2023, but it seems like it’s just getting worse.

Walmart says to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but most of the time products are sold out and you can’t get any replacements and the only solution is to get a refund.

Anyways I wish Hasbro would just rethink giving Walmart Exclusives due to the fact that there are so many complaints from the consumers buying these products.
