Stopped by my local Houston Target store today and was able to purchase their Exclusive Retro Collection The Phantom Menace Set. They did not have them on the floor yet, so had to ask an employee to check the Backroom using DPCI 087-26-0591. He said they had 4, so he went back and grabbed one for me along with the Hasbro Shipping Box. These are 2 per case.
The sell date on these are March 31st, but they are not street dated, so there is no issue buying them at the registers. They have yet to go up for sale at Target.com, if I had to guess they might be available on March 31st.
