As you may know Hasbro Pulse reissued The Black Series 6-Inch ARC Trooper Fives Figure. Previously this was a 2023 Walmart Exclusive with a MSRP of $27.97, but when Hasbro Pulse reissued it in 2025 they set a price of $34.99. That is $5 more then what other non-Deluxe Figures are currently going for.
So out of curiosity I bought one to see if they made any changes to the figure to justifying the extra $5. The only change that really stands out is the paint applications on the head. The 2023 version (First Photo) had a darker brown flesh tone, while the 2025 Reissue (Second Photo) has a lighter brown flesh tone. I personally think the first release actually looks better. As for the Box, there were some Text and Logo changes.
Why did Hasbro Pulse charge $35 for this figure when nothing major was updated or changed? Possibly a smaller run of the figure? Pricing error? Who knows…
But if you are in need the $35 is better then the $50+ that some third party sellers are asking for.
