Back in 2002, Hasbro released the Anakin Skywalker Speeder as part of the Star Wars Saga toy line, based on Anakin’s speeder from Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.
This was a mainline release with an MSRP of just $10.99, which is roughly $21 in today’s money. If you’re looking to add one to your collection today, new-in-box examples are typically being offered by third-party sellers for around $35 and up.
It’s always fun looking back at what Star Wars vehicles cost more than 20 years ago—and how many vehicles Hasbro was releasing at the time.
I added some boxed photos I took back in 2002 to our Photo Gallery for you to check out.
Did you pick up Anakin Skywalker’s Speeder back in the day? Do you still have it in your collection?
Enjoy the Photos!!!
