For today’s Remembering Hasbro Vehicles, we’re heading back to 2002 and the Star Wars Saga toy line with Zam Wesell’s Speeder from Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.
Hasbro released the vehicle following the debut of Attack of the Clones, bringing one of the speeders from the memorable Coruscant chase sequence to the 3.75-inch figure line.
Zam Wesell’s Speeder was a mainline release with an MSRP of just $10.99. That’s roughly $21 in today’s money. More than two decades later, new-in-box examples can still be found from third-party sellers for around $30 and up.
Who remembers seeing this one on store shelves? Did you add Zam Wesell’s Speeder to your collection back in the day?
