For today’s Photo Gallery Update, we’re heading back to 2006 and The Saga Collection with the Skirmish in the Senate Battle Pack.
Based on the memorable battle between Yoda and Emperor Palpatine inside the Galactic Senate from Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, this set gave collectors a chance to recreate part of the movie’s climactic showdown.
One of the highlights of this Battle Pack was the included Senate Pod, which remains the only time Hasbro has released a Galactic Senate Pod for the 3.75-inch action figure line.
The Skirmish in the Senate Battle Pack was a Target Exclusive with an MSRP of $19.99.
I dug into the archives and pulled out these boxed photos I took back in 2006 for you to check out.
Who remembers picking up this Battle Pack at Target? Do you still have the Senate Pod in your collection?
