Was surfing Target.com this early AM and noticed that they are advertising that preorders will start today September 15th, 2023 at 8AM CT for their Exclusive 2023 The Black Series 6-Inch Snowtrooper (Holiday Edition) figure. There is a limit of 2 per order.
