Looks like Walmart.com has started to ship out preorders for their Exclusive The Black Series 6-Inch Holocomm Collection Ahsoka Tano Figures. But it also looks like some preorders are being delayed as well. Be sure to check the status of your order.
I have yet to see these at my local Walmarts stores, but they should arrive at some point as well.
