As I posted back on July 21st, I received my preorder for Walmart’s Exclusive The Black Series 6-Inch Clone Commander Jesse figures and they arrived crushed because they were shipped in a plastic bag.
I called their customer service that day and they issued me a refund since they could not send me a replacement due to the product being out of stock.
I mentioned to the Customer Service representative that there should be a note on my account to only ship my orders in shipping boxes and not plastic bags, she then stated that there is no longer a option on accounts to add a “one time note” on shipping preferences and that existing notes dropped off accounts a while ago. She mentioned that I would have to contact customer service to place a note on each order prior to it shipping, so I took her for her word and said thank you.
On Saturday night The Black Series 6-Inch Clone Commander Jesse popped back in stock for a few minutes, and I was able to place another order. After I placed my order I chatted with Walmart’s customer service and asked them to place a note on this order to pack it well and ship it in a box and they said no problem. Just to confirm what I was told previously, I asked them if they could place a “one time note” on my account for shipping preferences on all future orders and they said they don’t have that option.
Fast forward to today and my new order arrived mint and was shipped in a box with packing material. Anyways I guess if you really want your orders shipped in a box, you have to chat with Customer Service and ask them to add a note to each order before it ships. But remember nothing is guaranteed.
