As we reported a few days ago, Walmart.com started to fulfill preorders for their Exclusive The Vintage Collection 3.75-Inch Imperial Gunner, R2-D2, Bespin Security Guard (Isdam Edian), Bespin Security Guard (Helder Spinoza), And Stormtrooper figures and ship them out.
Well we have been getting tons of emails and DMs from our readers stating a vast amount of orders were shipped out in Plastic and Paper Padded envelopes and the figures are arriving with smashed Bubbles and bent up cards.
I received my orders today as well, which was for 8 figures. They shipped my order in its entirety under 1 tracking number, but instead of shipping everything in 1 box, they broke up my order and stuffed it in 2 Paper Padded envelopes.
Over the years the majority of my orders from Walmart arrived in boxes. But for the past month or so it seems no matter what I order it will get shipped out in a envelope if it fits and no longer in a box unless necessary.
Anyways Walmart continues to disappoint Collectors once again.
Update:
So I just chatted into Walmart Customer service and was told they can put a note on my account to ship future orders in boxes and not envelopes. If you are having the same issues you may want to contact them and do the same and see if it helps or not.
